Other Ways to Help

More information and ways to serve will be coming soon. Please be praying for the families affected by this disaster. We will be working to coordinate meals for first responders with Greater Peace Church in the near future. Housing is being provided by the Red Cross which is stationed at Providence Baptist Church in Opelika, AL.

What NOT to do:

Please do not bring any tangible donations or food items to Covenant. We are not a designated drop off or distribution point.

Please do not try and go out on your own as an individual to help; there are organizations already working to organize groups of volunteers that you should work with. We have listed both Samaritan’s Purse and LCEMA as options.

Please do not take everything you read on social media as fact before verifying that information with authorized sources such as the Lee County EMA website and facebook page which are the best sources for accurate, updated information.
