Our Fourth Sunday Evening Worship Service will be this Sunday evening, June 25th, at 6:00pm in the sanctuary. Please join us for this time of singing, prayer, and fellowship. Also, we will be taking requests for songs to add to our repertoire for evening worship, so start looking up some of your favorite song titles now.
Gary Spooner received a Doctor of Ministry and Counseling degree from Westminster Theological Seminary May 25, 2017. Westminster has a standalone facility at the seminary devoted to biblical counseling with highly credentialed instruction.
This study will continue to build a strong foundation of the Owen Center, a Christ centered counseling center serving people needing help with life struggles in the East Alabama area.
The men’s Bible study is held at the home of Jack Johnson on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month, starting at 7:00 p.m.. For more information contact Jack or the church office.
The Ladies’ Summer Bible study is currently meeting on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in the choir room. Childcare is provided. If you have any questions about Bible study or to sign up contact the Karen Stephenson or the church office.

Every Sunday we offer Adult Teaching Fellowships at 9:30am.
We are currently holding two Adult Teaching Fellowships:
- A study of the book of Romans is being taught by Steve Dowling in the Fellowship Hall
- A course on prayer is being co-taught by Ron Bretz and Matthew Duraski in Room E-8
