What it Means to Be a World Christian

There is a distinct group of Christians who have taken a stand that says:

We want to accept personal responsibility for reaching some of earth’s unreached, especially from among the billions who can only be reached through major new efforts by God’s people.  Among every people group where there is no vital, evangelizing Christian community there should be one, there must be one, there shall be one.  Together we want to make this happen.

Let’s call them World Christians.  A World Christian isn’t any better than other Christians.  But by God’s grace, he or she has made a discovery so important that life can never be the same again.  He has discovered the truth about the gap between God’s worldwide purpose and the fulfillment of it.

Are you a World Christian?  Are you willing to risk becoming one?  If so, plan to enroll in the Perspectives Course that will be offered at Covenant beginning in January 2019.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14)
